While our mantra at Yoga for Scleroderma is “keep those Scleroderma bodies moving, because yoga is for EVERY Scleroderma body”, part of that process is to relax the body AND the mind. Doing so is beneficial for stress management, sleep, breathing, immune support, healing, Raynaud’s, and so much more.

As many of you know, our beloved rockstar Lori Pierce, had been battling a difficult diagnosis which she shared a small piece of with you. She worked tirelessly to help as many as possible "live a great story" regardless of our diagnosis. Indeed she stayed true to herself and made sure she did this all on her terms. Her body is no longer in pain, and we believe her spirit is at rest. May we all find love and peace from having known her, following her, learning from her. She was a beautiful light who taught many. As a beautiful mother, daughter, friend and more, we will miss her dearly. Her great story will carry on in all We do.
We will honor her with a virtual remembrance with more details to come as we navigate this time.
